I don’t have much rules but if you are interested in being hosted, please e-mail me with your current website or a sample. If you do get hosted by me, you can choose to have your website on pointlessly.org/you, elatheia.net/you, or california-cutie.com/you.

Behind the Name

The domain name, pointlessly.org, is a reflection of how I view the world. I agree mostly with the philosophy existentialism, in which (to my understanding) I believe that life is pointless, but we derive our own meanings to our lives and everything around us. So, hence, “pointlessly.”

History

This domain was registered on January 6, 2008. It was after a very long hiatus from my previous domain, california-cutie.com, that I decided to get a new one. Start fresh.

I started web-designing in 2002, when I was 13 years old. I had an Expage, an Angelfire, a Homestead, a Dazzled.com website…all of that. And then I decided to get california-cutie.com in July of 2002. Since then, I have stuck with that domain until I stopped updating it in 2007. California-Cutie.Com still exists, but for now, I don’t know what I’ll do with it.
