Roz I'm reading through this finally. Sorry I'm so behind, but I really wanted to read it and give you some feedback. I think I will also tweet my questions to keep the convo live for others. Anyway here are some things that come to mind:

Should social businesses perceive competition any differently than PMBs? Are there certain aims/causes where you would prefer the Yunus model over the dividend yielding model and vice versa? Are there any examples of MNC's successfully accessing BOP markets?

-btw last sentence on pg.5 says "i think"... oh its in other places too. gather all the i-think's and to-me's and drop kick them out the nearest window.
-lets discuss profit vs. non-profit soon and what we can offer as advice to aspiring socent's

Ooh, haha that's so funny. I'm glad you found me though!

Yes, I'm taking it with Ross. He isn't so much intimidating as just mean sometimes to other students hahaha. But I know he has good intentions. The class - in theory - is cool. Can't say I've really learnt anything I didn't know before, although I think others may have. My final is tomorrow, so haha we'll see!!

It was really random - I was looking up my name using this (http://blindsearch.fejus.com/) search engine comparison tool, and one of them (I think it was Yahoo) had a search result that was some ollllld Angelfire site where I was testing a simply-because.org layout,. You were on ye olde affiliates list, and I was redirected here from c-c.com.

I took BA 107 last fall (the last time it was offered as a non-summer course) since it fulfilled one of my requirements for PEIS. It was really nice, since there were only 60 people in the class. Although, at the same time, Ross was so much more intimidating, haha. Are you taking it with Ross? How do you like it?

Hey Kristy! Yes, I do remember you! How did you find me again? It's been forever :)
Are you also interested in green business / social business? Yeah, most people I run into - especially at Haas - are all interested in PMBs, but hey, to each his own, right?

Yes! It is my paper for BA 107. Hahah. Have you taken it before? I had no idea you were also attending Cal!
